Keep reading and I’m sure you’ll find that a Teacup Pig is just right for you.
Teacup Pigs are very small, and the highest weight generally associated with them is a mere 20 pounds. That’s a fraction of the size of any other pig, some of which can weigh up to 200 pounds. Because of their size, ordinary pigs are simply unmanageable in an urban environment. Teacup Pigs, however, are easily manageable in any environment, and are very easy to handle and take care of. They’re perfect for any size family. Teacup Pigs behave much like other domesticated animals such as a cat or dog; they love to be held, cuddle under a soft blankey, and even go on walks.

Teacup Pigs have a very long life expectancy. The average life span for a Teacup Pig is between 15 and 20 years. This long life expectancy gives you more time to spend with your piglet. While this does mean that adding a piglet to your family is a big commitment and responsibility, it does not mean that it is difficult. Pigs are very sensitive and affectionate animals and they form connections quickly with their owners. Teacup Pigs are true companion animals, and are very social; they enjoy being around people and other friendly pets. Their small size and friendly nature make them easy to travel with and have adventures with, so spending quality time with them is both simple and enjoyable.

We often hear feedback about how incredibly intelligent our pigs are. Some owners have even been able to potty-train their piglets in under a week! Teacup Pigs are the 4th most intelligent animal on Earth. Some are even about as smart as a human toddler. Some people are surprised to learn how easy it is to train a Teacup Pig. Training a piglet is much like training a dog, and is in some ways easier. It only takes about a week before a pig recognizes its own name. They are very responsive animals and can be potty-trained to use a litter box, or go potty outside, and will let you know if they have to go. Teacup Pigs can be harnessed and leashed; piglets naturally love to explore and roam around! While training a Teacup Pig is easy, you’ll still need some pointers, and lucky for you, if you read through our info pages we will lay it all out for you.

Please check out the ‘Available Teacup Pigs for Sale’ page and you can find the piglet that’s right for you. We ship to all 50 States including the beautiful State of Wisconsin. So whether you live in Milwaukee or Trevor, owning a Teacup Pig has never been easier.
